Coolski 30-Day 100% Refund Policy


You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund for an unused coolski. If you purchased your coolski through an authorized retailer, please return your garden to the retailer with proof of purchase, in accordance with its policies. You may return any physical product purchased on in accordance with the terms below. Returns are subject to your own return shipping costs.


To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:


1.A return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of delivery date.


2.To request a return authorization, please contact our customer service team. Once approved, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label and further instructions to complete your return.


3.You must return the product unused, and in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).


4.All accessories originally included with your purchase must be unused, and included with your return or they will be subject to a replacement fee.


5.You must return the product in all original packaging. If the original shipment box has been discarded, please contact our customer service team and we will send a replacement shipping box for a fee.


6.Please allow 2-5 business days for all returned items to be inspected, and an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your bank statement.

Used products are not eligible for refunds.


Lost or Damaged Packages


1.All lost or damaged packages must be reported to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery receipt.


2.Please do not discard any products or shipping materials until the issue has been resolved.


3.When informing us of the damage, please include the following in your message: photo/video showing damage, description of damage, and any other valuable information.

If you ordered from using a promotional code and wish to make a return, the entire order must be returned, or you will be charged the original, non-discounted price for the pieces you'd like to keep.
