Warranty Policy

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.

4. Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Provide your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the problem, and any relevant photos or videos.

We will assess your claim and provide instructions on how to proceed.

5. Repair or Replacement

If your product is found to be covered under the warranty, we will either repair the defective part or replace the entire product, depending on the nature and extent of the defect.

In cases where a replacement is necessary and the original product is no longer available, we will offer a comparable substitute of equal or greater value.

6. Shipping Costs

If the warranty claim is valid, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replacement product to you. However, you are responsible for shipping the defective product to us at your expense, unless otherwise specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
