1. Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
LTL Shipping: For those in a hurry, your package will arrive within 10-15 business days.
We work with several carriers, including UPS and FedEx. OR logistics.

2. Order Processing Time 

Once your order is placed, it usually takes 1-2 business days for us to process and prepare it for shipment.

3. Delivery Address 

Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 

4. Tracking Information 

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website. 

5. Damaged or Lost Packages 

In the rare event that your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund. 

6. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances 

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any significant delays and do our best to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
