Refund Policy

1. General Principles

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund options.

Product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

You receive the wrong item.

You change your mind within 5 days of purchase (subject to certain conditions).

3. Timeframe for Refunds

Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at  service@cool-ski.com and provide the following information:

Order number.

Reason for the refund.

Photos or other relevant documentation if applicable (e.g., for damaged or incorrect items).

5. Return of Products

In cases where a product needs to be returned for a refund, it must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the error was on our part.

6. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo an inspection to ensure it meets the refund criteria. The refund will be processed within 2 business days after the inspection is completed.

7. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card.

8. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if:

The item has been used or is not in perfect condition but still eligible for a partial refund.

Only a portion of the order is being returned.
